In order to improve our service, from the 2nd May 2016 the new Online Nichelcrom CMS portal will be made available by Nichelcrom Acciai Inox S.p.A., where all customers could check their orders’ status and download the following documents:
Soon you will receive by e-mail your username and the initial password which will be needed fo your first access to our Portal: we kindly ask you to change them as per safety and privacy reasons.
We further inform you that starting from the same day (2nd May 2016), the mentioned documents will not be anymore sent by email or in paper format. All documents will be available only on the new Online Nichelcrom CMS.
The portal will be reached, starting from May 2, 2016, by clicking on " customer area" directly from this website.

On your Dashboard you can visualise invoices in the PDF format, through the PDF icon (), or orders’ details through the icon "Order details" ().
The system will automatically tag the downloaded invoices with the icon DWN ().
Researches enable you to display your order details and to visualise all the available elements.
All data will stay for at least 3 years on-line, in order to find documents also in the future. Data are updated every night, so you may find on the portal data related to the preceding day.
Eventual calls related to the CMS will be dealt only in case of extreme urgency.
